Put down your laptops and smarthphones and get on a horse
Birdseye, UT - Cowboy Leaders - No tweets, Googling or Facebooking allowed. Professional trainer and real live cowboy, Fritz Black, is asking the business leaders of America to get away from it all and come to his ranch in Birdseye, Utah (40 minutes past the small town of Spanish Fork and pretty much the middle of nowhere) for an “Anti-tweet”. “It’s a challenge, but a refreshing one that everyone could use these days,” says Black. “A lot of people get caught up in their wired life and it becomes an addiction”. So he is challenging business professionals to see how many people think they can actually leave behind their laptops and smartphones for just three days. What will happen during the “Anti-tweet”? Business leaders will saddle up for real, hands-on, back to basics and relationship management training through use of the horses. “It’s an experience unlike any other kind of business leadership training,” says Black. “Business leaders will actually get to see how they communicate with the horses and how it relates to the way they communicate with their team. The best part about the training is that you actually communicate with each other and the horses. And horses don’t lie.” Especially Black’s own horse, Duece http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DE9RTNcy39g Significant highlights of the ranch: · Full outdoor conference facilities for business management and leadership training · Professional development done the Cowboy Leaders way · “Tent”/yurt accommodations with double or private occupancy available · Full access to horses (visitors even get a chance to get in the horse pen and learn how to train them) · Horseback riding on the ranch and in the mountains above it. · Yes, we do have indoor plumbing · Campfire cooking with the company of real cowboys and ranch hands · No tweeting allowed
