“Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker discussed the role of public transit in reducing greenhouse gases before a Senate committee in Washington, D.C. this afternoon. He called Salt Lake City a leader in climate change policy, and said residents are in a unique position to observe the effects of climate change.”
