This rental palace sits across Liberty Park, where our Editor in Chief, Sarah Buhr, snapped a pic of it after her run this morning. Horrendous, no?

I’ve seen that hideous buildings a few times myself. And what I’ve always wanted to know is what does “Dulle Noted” mean? Do they mean “Duly Noted Real Estate Services?” Or is there some sort of special ratings service, like Fodors, that does apartments called “Dulle?”

I agree. Maybe would work elsewhere but it is an awful distraction from the crisp, clean, natural beauty of the park. You see it and go, “Gees, would you look at that?!?”
